The icon of Swiss haute-horlogerie, a reference in elegance and avant-garde design, entrusted us with the conception and realization of an exceptional stay in order to thank their commercial collaborators and to present their new products during a unique Sales Meeting.

 
  • Acmé chose to wrap Tag Heuer's customers in a visual universe around Christmas while keeping the DNA of the watch brand: a redesigned logo and a mascot inspired by Formula 1 drivers, dear to the brand's aficionados. Throughout the preparations, Acmé was keen to meet the specific needs of these prestigious customers and to offer them the most immersive and personalized experience possible: a gamified and fun questionnaire, flawless logistics for all these VIPs, a dedicated team to respond to requests 7/7

  • The guests enjoyed a timeless moment in a green Provençal setting during an autumn escape punctuated by Wholesale Workshops, thrilling sports activities and festive epics within one of the most luxurious hotel complexes in the region: Terre Blanche.

  • We took care to facilitate the return to reality after this moment suspended in the heart of nature with small personalized attentions thought to make the memories of this moment persist: beach towels and golf balls in the colors of Tag Heuer, photos & videos sent individually and gifting of wellness products of luxurious brands including Acqua di Parma and LVMH. The luxury, the premium and the unforgettable are in the details.

The objective was clear: to bring together TAG Heuer partners for a timeless and deeply unifying event, to generate commitment by experiencing thrills during tailor-made sports sessions and to present the company's new models and future deployment strategy in an exclusive setting.

We took up the challenge by concocting for them a unique immersive stay in the heart of Provence, the ideal region to disconnect and enjoy the mild autumn weather in an exceptional setting. Acmé thinks of everything:

  • A total change of scenery while ensuring the comfort of the greatest Parisian palaces

  • An environment conducive to exchanges and strategic discussions in complete privacy

  • The discovery of the PACA region during seamless excursions

  • A moment to vibrate together during a Dantesque evening, which will remain engraved in the memories in the heart of a domain with an unequalled cachet

Magic in the heart of the lavender fields

The magic happened in an exceptional domain: the largest golf domain in France, Terre Blanche, located between Cannes and Saint-Tropez.

This place is ideal to enjoy the autumnal mildness, offering a warm and exotic setting that transported the guests in a moment out of time. This luminous, authentic and charming refuge promises an exceptional and unique view of the lavender and olive tree fields.

Guests were able to enjoy a spa with swimming pool and a Club House located on the largest golf course in France.

A program specially designed for Tag Heuer

Departing from all the capitals of Europe, they headed for Nice where private drivers equipped with prestigious vehicles in the TAG Heuer colors awaited the guests to accompany them to the Terre Blanche estate.

The first day was punctuated by a Provencal lunch, followed by a large welcome plenary led by the TAG Heuer management team. The meeting then had the opportunity to discover the scents of the region during a private visit to the Museum of Perfumed Fountains in Grasse, between lavender and rosemary before joining the gardens for a champagne cocktail reception.

The second day started with a studious morning around the new products with workshops to present the retail strategy. In the afternoon, a sports session with a choice of a go-karting competition on a circuit, an electric mountain bike ride or a CrossFit session. To end the day on a high note, the festivities began with a pianist, a singer, a DJ and even a mixology workshop.

The last day went smoothly with a sunny lunch at the Club House before the first departures.

  • L'objectif était de créer un moment fédérateur pour les partenaires commerciaux de TAG Heuer, en les plongeant dans une expérience immersive, tout en présentant les nouveaux produits de la marque et la stratégie future. L'événement visait à renforcer les liens avec les partenaires tout en offrant des sensations fortes et un cadre exceptionnel pour des échanges stratégiques.

  • L'événement a eu lieu au domaine de Terre Blanche, situé entre Cannes et Saint-Tropez, au cœur de la Provence. Ce lieu a été sélectionné pour son cadre unique et dépaysant, offrant à la fois luxueux confort et authenticité provençale, avec une vue imprenable sur les champs de lavande et d’oliviers, créant ainsi l'atmosphère idéale pour des moments conviviaux et stratégiques.

  • Le programme comprenait des sessions de présentation des nouveaux produits, des excursions dans la région comme une visite privée du Musée des Fontaines Parfumées à Grasse, et des activités sportives sur-mesure telles que du karting, de la randonnée en VTT électrique et du CrossFit. La soirée de clôture a été animée par un pianiste, un DJ, et un atelier de mixologie, créant une ambiance festive et mémorable.

  • Les retours ont été extrêmement positifs, les participants ayant qualifié l'événement de fantastique, unique et très bien organisé. Plusieurs ont exprimé leur joie de pouvoir vivre une expérience mémorable avec leurs collègues et partenaires dans un cadre aussi exceptionnel, soulignant l’aspect convivial et stratégique de la rencontre.
