From Cotentin to Val-Thorens, three iconic events with Ami

Ami is a French fashion brand that is characterized by its chic and casual style. With a desire to meet and share special moments, they called on our services for two unforgettable events. The first one gathered the management team in a beautiful Normandy castle and the second one made the whole team meet in the highest ski resort of the Alps to celebrate the results.

 
  • We organized two events for AMI using the same method. First, we propose several concepts for the event with an associated thematization. This concept is then declined in a communication plan and a detailed development of the event. In this case, AMI wanted to create a teaser to arouse the desire of participants and provide them with well-chosen goodies.

    The first seminar was built around the theme of going green to take a step back in the heart of an unexpected parenthesis. The second one was designed to be fun and relaxed in the context of a ski trip.

  • The first event organized was a 3-day seminar in a 17th century castle in Normandy. A hot air balloon ride, horseback riding on the beach or an introduction to mixology by France's best bartender captured the teams and led them into a bubble full of lightness and surprises.

    The second event took the participants to one of the largest ski areas in the world: Val Thorens. They were able to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the majestic mountains as well as an evening in a teepee in the heart of the mountain.

  • The first seminar allowed the management team to refocus on their vision and build the next steps of the company's strategy.

    The second seminar brought the teams together for a unique experience. They had never been together on such a big event and they will remember it!

A moment of lightness for Ami's managers

To take Ami's members to a place that is a complete break from their daily lives and allow guests to clear their heads and feel light for a few days.

To bring our idea to life, we took Ami's executive team to a magnificent 17th century château, which stands alone in the middle of the Normandy countryside, and the guests lived in a world of their own during the three days. An exceptional, most stylish location, which gave the guests the feeling that if heaven were to be inaccessible to them, the Offiste Manager retreat could be a perfect substitute.

From a premium room in the style of the period, a spa with an indoor and outdoor pool, a massage parlour, extensive gardens in the style of the 17th century.

During this offsite, the guests were able to discover all the facets of their own lightness, the adventure started on board a minivan with an "ice breaker" in the form of a karaoke animation, where the collaborators sang to the rhythm of Céline Dion, Johnny Hallyday and Abba. From the arrival, a group brainstorming session took place in order to federate the employees around Ami's strategic objectives.

In addition to the business seminars, Ami's managers also participated in activities such as a mixology course by the best barman in France, a combination of entertainment by a pianist-singer, horseback rides on the beach to get away from it all, and a hot air balloon ride, because for Acmé and our clients, "getting high" is not an expression to be taken figuratively.

The Result

The result? A sense of perspective, strategic thinking and strengthened team cohesion.

Friend: Ski Escape

After the success of the first edition, we could not stay behind. We therefore organised a second event, this time for the whole team of around 200 people. This time, the challenge was to give the employees a change of scene and transport them to an unusual winter world in the heart of nature. Not forgetting to celebrate during an exceptional evening in the mountains.

What better place for this great event than the largest ski area in the world and the highest ski resort in Europe: Val Thorens.

These are the experiences that stay in our memory, aren't they? That's why we decided to offer our employees an exceptional stay, in a bright, modern and charming refuge with a panoramic and amazing view of the mountains. The guests could also enjoy a spa with a swimming pool, a massage room, a panoramic terrace, and an indoor climbing wall! How did Ami's adventure begin? Departing from Paris, in the direction of Moutiers, 3 personalized buses with Ami's logo were waiting for the employees at their arrival in Val Thorens (all sanitary measures were of course always respected).

On arrival, a quick mountain lunch awaited them, followed by the collection of their ski equipment: time for outdoor activities!

Unforgettable flights in paragliding, Tyrolean traverse between two summits at a height of more than 60 m, snowshoeing for those who love mountain walks, and evenings in a teepee village are just some of the unforgettable activities that Ami's collaborators had the opportunity to experience.

The Result

Of course, all these moments were immortalised by a photo and video team.

The result? Mission accomplished! Stronger bonds welded together by the freshness of the ice and the human warmth. A sense of perspective and strategic thinking, and strengthened team cohesion, as these different testimonies show. Friend : In the air

For our third collaboration with Ami, we decided to take them to a new height. We wanted to offer a unique experience, where the teams could literally have their heads in the clouds.

Two days and one night in the fabulous castle of Chambord, a magical place that transported Ami into an enchanting universe. A unique opportunity for the teams to get together for a convivial moment and to reinforce their skills.

This royal stay began with privileged access to the castle outside of opening hours, as well as the discovery of places usually closed to the public. The highlight was undoubtedly the hot air balloon ride over Chambord castle, an unforgettable experience that offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. Breathtaking.

To top it all off, dinner in one of the castle's rooms, lulled by the sound of the breeze and enveloped by the fireplace: a moment of grace and conviviality, where the Ami teams were able to taste delicious food in a majestic setting. This unique experience will remain engraved in our memories.

The Result

Friend and Acme are obviously for life! This stay was simply incredible, living up to our wildest ambitions. The smiles, the laughter, the moments of sharing and the strong emotions were all there.

Ami Paris is a French fashion brand founded in Paris in 2011 by Alexandre Mattiussi and now run by Nicolas Santi-Weil. The designer decided to launch his own brand after training at several fashion houses, leading him to travel between Paris, Milan and New York. The name he chose, Ami, takes the initials and the last letter of his name, while referring to the notion of friendship that is one of the foundations of the house's creation. Inspired by the city of Paris, Alexandre Mattiussi chose to create a brand that highlights an elegant and complete wardrobe for men and women. Through its authentic and friendly approach, the house captures the particular essence of a Parisian nonchalance that blurs the boundaries between chic and casual.
